Well I made my weekly goal of 40. Coffeed up and got out the door. I normally don't listen to things running but podcasts always help pass the time. Besides there are a lot out there on WS100. I managed 13 miles and actually felt half way decent. Considering I fell asleep on the couch watching the kids and was grumpy all day I was happy.
Being passionate about the end goal sure is a powerful motivator, haven't had that since Superior 100.
